Return Policy

You have up to 30 days from reception of your order to contact us if you wish to exchange your item. All items must be returned in their original state, with all the tags still attached, in their original packaging (if possible) and the receipt inside the package.

Gift set items cannot be exchanged individually. Costumers will be burdened with returning cost. No refunds will be issued. You can exchange your purchase with an item of equal or greater value.

If you choose a product of greater value the price difference will have to be deposited at the bank, upon agreement.

You can also exchange your purchase at one of our physical stores just by showing your receipt. Any items that arrive to you damaged will be replaced imediatelly at our own expenses.
